These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using the Liqunch website, downloading the app, purchasing licenses, and using paid features made available by Liqunch.

These Terms apply to Liqunch, the Liqunch website, and the related products and services provided by Liqunch.
By accessing the website, downloading the app, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a license, you may activate and use Liqunch on the number of Macs included in the purchased tier.
The software is licensed, not sold. You may use it for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared between users except as explicitly permitted.
Payments and Refunds
Payments made through the website are processed by Paddle. Pricing, checkout, tax handling, and receipts may therefore be presented through Paddle as merchant of record.
Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy, including the fixed refund windows described on the Refund Policy page.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse Liqunch except where applicable law clearly permits it.
You may not attempt to bypass license checks, interfere with the website or checkout flow, or use the service in a way that harms the product, infrastructure, or other users.
Support and Updates
We may provide bug fixes, compatibility updates, product improvements, or support responses, but we do not guarantee that support will be available in any particular format or response time.
Features, pricing, and product details may change over time, and the website may be updated to reflect those changes.
Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Liqunch.
